Pleasantly quiet lodging
Everything about our recent stay was above our expectations, especially the absolute quiet of the room. The layout of the room buffered any noise from the hallway. After spending twelve hours in airports and airplanes the serene quietness of our room was very refreshing.

Stayed there several times and going back in 2 weeks
My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling back to see friends in Grand Rapids, and have always been pleased. The staff is pleasant, the accomodations clean and comfortable, and the free wireless access is a big selling point for me. The proximity to shopping and restaurants is an added bonus.
