nice hotel
Although my shower faucet fell apart and the temperature gauge unscrewed and fell off while using the showerr, I would recommend the hotel. Fair price, nice hotel, clena rooms. In my opinion the internet should be free for a hotel of this star rating (4-5).

really needs more hospitality skills
it is a nice place but needs to be maintained more frequently, as well as the staff has to be trained more

Wonderful hotel in Amman
This is a beautiful hotel. The room was wonderful with great bedding and a terrific bathroom. The staff was very attentive and nice. I can’t say enough good things about it.
