New hotel, perfectly located
This hotel is located in the middle of Bay Street within easy walking distance of the River and its restaurants and bars as well as some of the more famous institutions in town. It has its own bar/pub with very knowledgeable bartenders who can answer all of your questions and head you in the right direction.
Traveler's tip on dining
Practically next door to The Pink House, one of the leading restaurants in town. Dont miss it. Check with the bartender at the pub downstairs for other recommendations.

wont be back
The hotel was fine, clean, staff was nice. However, I was double charged (expedia charged me and then the hotel charged me again). The issue has still not been resolved after two weeks. We will not return.

The hotel was clean, bright and very new
The staff and management that is responsible for check-in and checkout will require additional training. I booked and prepaid for two rooms at this hotel through Expedia, however the staff could not understand that my credit card was not to be charged for the room rate but only for incidental charges. After considerable time wasted and although the information was on the hotel computer they still did not believe me or my co-worker that both rooms were prepaid. Only after they contacted Expedia via telephone did they understand the prepaid process. However, they would not provide my co-worker and me a statement showing that the room rates werw removed from our prespective charge cards unless we waited possibly another hour or more until Expedia sent a fax document identifying our prepaid status. Wasting valuable time out of our business day was not a viable option. We will monitor our monthly bank statement with the hope that the room rate charge will not appear on our charge card monthly statement.
