Beautiful Hotel
My only complaint would be the extremely overpriced room service. The Hotel restaurant breakfast buffet is a MUCH better value and has more options!
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Check out downtown Louisville’s Fourth Street Live! It’s an old indoor shopping mall that’s been converted into a covered outdoor shopping plaza with a Hard Rock Cafe and I hear they often have live concerts on weekends.

needs work
This hotel was probably great 5 years or more ago. It desperately needs some basic maintenance, such as repairing torn carpeting, changing mattresses. Our beds were exceedingly soft; elevators were very slow.
