Maintenance Issues might go back!
We had to have the frig in the room replaced three X’s they did’t cool. Stated that it was a common problem. Everything else was fine but if you go out to eat you want to be able to bring your leftovers back. Thats a problem!

Wonderful hotel!
We loved this hotel. We were in town for a couple of days for a wedding. This hotel was wonderful! Great location! We were able to walk to the wedding and the reception! Had a great time!

The King Size bed was great and the softest sheets!
The hotel is loated one block from The Magnificient Mile so the shopping is close, the restaurants are close too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was excellent.
Traveler's tip on dining
Try the RL cafe located in the Ralph Lauren shop. Be prepared to wait or make a reservation.
