couldn’t be better
They have really good food and service, people are very frendly, the only thing that I would complaing will be la elevators service.

Not impressed . Wished had more food options.
Not impressed with buffet food and almost impossible to make a reservation for dinner at nicer restaurant (only if you’re lucky and reserve at 10 am). I heard compliants from other guests as well. It is funny because the day I got in, the restaurant was empty we were only two tables being served.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Stay at Karmina Palace. It is absolutely beautiful, lots of pools, water slide, very very clean. Went to visit it and I was impressed!! It is worth to spend the extra money, best hotel in Manzanillo, no doubt.

Would you recommend this hotel to others as a place to stay? No Review Title: Website photos looks much better and the hotel itself Hotel Review: The hotel is run down and not well maintain, I have to change my room because in the bathroom the ceiling had a hole and could see the aircondition motor. Food pretty good this hotel is the first hotel I had the worst service, all employees didn’t care about the services. I don’t recommend this hotel!!!!
