Concierge very helpful in directions and travel info on the metro. All desk staff fluent in English.

Owerlooking Prague
Excellent hotel, tower build in end of 20 century, comfortable. But you will need some sort of transportation to circle around the City. My recommendation hotel taxi, but if you prefer public transportation the metro station is near by.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Pay extra for higher floor it’s worth it, you will get unlimited access to fitness and pool, sauna and afternoon free snack , drink during the whole day, also if you needed meeting facility, bossiness centre with internet access and printing/copying possibility.
