I enjoyed my short stay there.
The building is clean, quiet, traditional and located in the old side of the town, very close to some of the main turistic attractions. The personnel very friendly and helpful. They speak several languages. I would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, many shops and restaurants. The Marmara Sea shore is within walking distance.

Expedia did me right on this pick.
This hotel was nice for the price. We were here for a week. Stayed on the bottom floor facing the Sea. The train goes by frequently, but it isn’t too bad. The breakfast on the top floor was a very good spread of traditional foods. Great view of the sea on the South side and the Blue Mosque to the North. I was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well kept. I never go on vacation for the room anyway. There are tons of hotels in the area. This one was good for my budget. I would definitely recommend having the hotel pick you up at the airport. The hotel is very difficult to find on your own. Once you get there, it is easy to figure out where all the attractions are. Extremely close to all major sites...Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, Hippodrome, Cistern, Palace, etc. The public transportation is awesome. The train stop is very close by (near Aya Sophia I believe). Always go north...you’ll run into something. At the airport, go directly to the Visa counter first. Don’t stand in line at customs like an idiot only to be told you didn’t buy your sticker yet. Beware the bazaars. They can be fun, but the people are pushy. Everyone has a rug to sell you. All people are friendly and most accomodate english speakers. Wear comfortable shoes and use the train/tram. Get cash from a bank/ATM. Avoid using your credit card for casual purchases.

At the airport, go directly to the Visa counter first. Don’t stand in line at customs like an idiot only to be told you didn’t buy your sticker yet. Have the hotel pick you up from the airport. Walk around during the day to familiarize yourself with the area. The hotel can help with tours.
