Not what I imagined
From the photos, I expected more from this hotel. It’s location is back from any of the main roads and is quite rural. There is no restaurant service during certain times of the day (only room service). The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the two lounges in the lobby are not for family people or romantic lovers. At night, the place is for single guys only! The suite was great and was exactly as pictured.

Modern Hotel, Serviced Apartment in Pattaya
Pros: Clean, modern, Safe, Guest Friendly, great staff, quiet area of town (if piece and quiet is what you are looking for in pattaya) overall, a beautiful property. Cons: Location is quite a ways from the beach and all the action. If you are not too familiar with pattaya, this place can be hard to find, and you will do some walking, believe me. If you want to be near the beach and walking street, this hotel is probably not for you. Personally, I am quite familiar with pattaya, and the location did not bother me, but after doing all this walking, my feet were sore after spending a week there. There is a golf cart that can drop you off at the main street, but sometimes you might have to wait a while for it to become available. My biggest complaint is that the room service is not 24 hours, and closes around 10 pm, so I had to order a pizza, or something else a few times during my stay. I would definitely stay there again, just because i loved the room so much.

As I mentioned earlier, this hotel is pretty far from all the action, (bars, walking street, beach).

Good place to stay
I was pleased with my room and was very comfortable . Tbhe room was great ,vary clean and modern. Ther isn’t much of a view as it is on a back street . Kinda hard to find . The room service was slow and I had to call and complain . This is the only thing I can say that is negative . The staff were great . I enjoyed my stay there . I’ll go back .
