Clean and great location
We stayed from March 23-30, 2009. The hotel staff were friendly, and spoke English reasonably well. We took a taxi from Charles de Gaulle (Roissy), and only paid around 40 Euros (it may be more expensive during the tourist season.) The evening before our return, we asked the hotel to book a ride back. They used Airport Nice Shuttle, which cost 34 Euros for my wife and I. We would take the taxi next time, as we had to pick up 3 or 4 other people before finally heading to the airport. The room is small, and the bathroom smaller. The shower is very small to where you cant really bend over. Im a 6 foot, 210 pound male, and did ok. If you are pushing 250lbs, you may not fit in the shower. My wife and I used two twin beds pushed together, and slept quite well. There are two huge door windows that open up for fresh air. Important for us, everything was clean and well kept. It is not a room you want to spend hours of waking time, but it was perfect for us as we were out on the town until time for sleeping. The street is fairly quiet with relatively low traffic. Construction on the other side of the building was still going on, but you never knew from the room or window. We felt safe walking at night in the neighborhood. You will find some homeless people sleeping in a few places, but we never felt uncomfortable walking by them even at night. It was the perfect hotel for us, and wouldnt hesitate staying there again.
Traveler's tip on shopping
The location was perfect for walking to most of the attractions, including the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffle Tower (a long walk), etc. Metro stations are within a few blocks. There are many local restaurants and a couple bakeries, some with English translations on the menus. There is a great market district several blocks Easterly where you can buy groceries. A few blocks north of the Bourse Metro, there is a McDonalds and a Hard Rock Café for your hamburger fix.

Great location
The location of the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful (in english). As is common the rooms were small and it was a bit noisy from traffic. I would stay here again.
