very nice hotel
My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel even though we never used the spa. Our room was clean, nice and cozy. We especially liked the subtle decorative touches. The hotel is in a great location for shopping in downtown Anacortes and has free guest parking.

nice, but not worth the price of room, food
It was a very quaint hotel. Older. Room was not set up very well in regards to bed location with chairs, TV, bathroom. Very nice staff. Food ok but expensive and very limited choice. No basic meal choices. Easily hear noise from other rooms. Hours of operation of spa (specifically steam room)limited. Unable to take advantage of free service because of hours.

Lovely hotel
We loved the hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were lovely, the food in the bar was excellent! The only issue we had with the hotel was that the building is an older building and the noise traveled. The hotel allows dogs to stay there, and we heard the neighbors dog barking all evening until its owner came home. We could also hear our neighbors above walking. I guess that is to be expected in most older hotels. ~iew~
