One night stay
Great location in downtown Richmond near restaurants and bars. Hotel has a nice historic charm to it. Our room was small but otherwise met our needs. Bed was very comfortable.

Service, Style, and Satisfaction
The Berkeley Hotel is top notch on all counts--great service, lovely rooms, amazingly convenient to downtown venues. Staff members are friendly and accomodating. Thanks for keeping a tradition of elegance and quality service alive and well.

Not impressed
Our bathroom still had dirty towels in it when we checked in and it didn’t seem like the walls of the shower were clean. There was no mini-fridge to keep our drinks cold in and our safe would not work either. Our view was a brick wall about 3 feet from the window, so no light could get in the room. There was very limited parking available on the street and it cost $15 to get your car parked somewhere off site. For the price we paid, I was not impressed at all.
