Could hardly be more satisfied.
This is a hotel with the potential to be great but, still relatively new, is still doing some learning and adjusting. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable with one drawback: rather small rooms. The service was fantastic, particularly the people at the front desk. Almost everyone spoke English (even the housekeeping manager). After some initial snafus with broken air conditioning units, I was upgraded handsomely. Several days later the manager personally came to apologize and assure that my stay was comfortable -- A for effort! The daily breakfasts were tasty, diverse and plentiful, if a bit routine; skip the breakfast if you wish to lose weight! The hotel is in a perfect location and, despite being just beside one of BA’s largest intersections, noise was not a problem. Overall, I was left with a very favorable impression of the facilities and the service. Will most definitely return.

A classy hotel at a reasonable price but take the address!
While the rooms are small, they are nicely appointed and inviting. The staff is first-rate and extremely helpful (English speaking) and the breakfast is very good. The odd thing about the hotel is that it is the low cost version of the brand and many taxi drivers take you to its very upscale sister hotel by mistake. Be sure you have the hotel’s address with you to get taken to the right one. Easy walking to downtown sites and subway at the door. Really a great place to stay!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Don’t miss the Evita Museum and the outdoor cafe attached to it. Very interesting and informative. The people of BA are really great, but the warnings about pickpockets in the subway are true! Don’t carry valuables or a lot of cash with you.

Beautiful Hotel, great location
We stayed here our last night in Buenos Aires, when I was ready to shop and this was the perfect location for that. The breakfast was very good and the room the most luxurious of our trip. The deal with expedia made this a relative bargain.
