Perfection
(11/1-11/8) We were floored by the service throughout the whole resort. Every person you passed greeted you with a smile & truly cared about your comfort. I could not have asked for anything more. Even with stormy weather from hurricane Ida the entertainment team always put on great performances. They was never a dull moment. All of the grounds are beautiful and up to date (resort was built just over a year ago). Swim out was great, large pool & white sandy beach with crystal clear water & fish that swim around you!! Food was amazing from buffet to restaurants- there’s no vouchers or reservations either... you can dine a restaurant each night if you choose!!! Excellent service, pool or beach side, 24 hr room service & plenty of bars. Truly amazing, cannot wait to go back!!!
ONLY drawback was mosquitoes.... they were pretty bad, unless it’s windy so be sure to pack your own bug spray. Our Off! Woods w/ 30% deet worked pretty well.

Overall a great Vacation!!
Nice hotel, exceptional service and unbelievably beautiful beach. The food is plentiful but I think the quality needs to go up a notch for it to be truly a 5* experience.

What a beautiful resort and location
Our trip to Secrets in Maroma Beach was everything we could have wanted and more. We had perfect weather (very warm and humid) which contributed to our pleasure. The resort is terrific; everything and everyone was close to perfect. The food was wonderful and the service was great. The only exception was lunch one day at the beach grill; it took one hour for us to receive our food. Other than that we had no complaints at all. I would suggest that Secrets (and other resorts as well) increase their supply of floaties for the pools since there is never enough to go around ... and the hotel was not full while we were there. A great time and we can’t wait to try another Secrets. We have previously been Sandals customers but I think Secrets has them beat!
