Would not go back
Room was ok, good bathroom, very dark facing courtyard. Breakfast was in different building, had to go outside. Poor quality breakfast. Not enough room for guests to eat breakfast. Would not give us two keys. Desk not manned after business hours, nobody there to let you in without key.

Bad Experience
The room was dirty(worn carpet, do not change sheets from prior guest, old furniture), excess noise, spotty hot water and a completely rude hotel manger. Would never return to this place.

close to everything that you go to rome for
this is a very nice bed and breakfast. everything is well maintained and clean. all the major attractions are within walking distance. only bad thing to say is the hot water can be a little weak if everyone’s using it at the same time. if you lucky you’ll get a room with window open up to an alley which has all the boutique shops. highly recommended and worth every penny.
