Great Value
As a business traveller, I wanted a convenient, clean, reasonably price hotel. This one excelled. I was convenient to the airport and TX Tech. The room was quiet and clean. The price was great. No complaints here.

Great location but nothing else
We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the university but will not make that mistake again. The hotel needs renovation and a thorough cleaning. The rooms were old, tired looking, and needed scrubbing. We checked out the pool area and decided against getting in as there was trash all along the area and inside the pool. The staff was qualified but they were definitely not friendly or helpful. The free breakfast was alright but we skipped it the second day and looked for a restaurant on the way to the airport.
