Heat the Darn Pool! Fix the Elevator! You’d get a perfect score.
The only things keeping the Staybridge Suites DFW North Hotel in Irving Texas from an absolute perfect score was the freezing temperature of their unheated outdoor pool and one of two elevators was done for our entire stay. Other than that, the staff was outstanding, the breakfasts wonderful. Why a fan must be connected to the bathroom light was beyond me, but acceptable, even at 3am. The rooms were new and clean. We were in Dallas for a swimming pool and didn’t get it! Other than that, it was a great stay.

first time to dallas and our hotel was wonderful....
this hotel is a newer hotel and everything is new in it! great decor and everything! nice flat screen, nice bed, shower etc! i would not stay anywhere else if i return! also very conveient to get anywhere in dallas!
