Not prepared for crowds...
The set-up of this hotel is great, we take the kids all over during the winter to indoor water parks, and so far the decor here is one of my favorites! BUT, we went during spring break, and there was a 3 hour wait to check in! The staff was so overwhelmed, to eat in their restaraunt was another long wait to be served, and good luck getting a server back to your table. They didn’t have enough water tubes for the slides, there were people literally yanking tubes out of other people’s hands. It was a mess, and NOT relaxing at all. The only way I would recommend it would be to go on a day when NO ONE else will be there.

Try to avoid the arcade, it is a money pit.

Great getaway
This place was great!! Really made you feel like you were in a resort in the Caribbean! You don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. Minutes from shopping and Six Flags. Staff was very pleasant.
