much less than expected
Clerk was not in the building when I arrived. She was driving the shuttle to and from the airport. I had to wait about a half hour for the clerk to return and then wait while she checked in another guest that had been waiting longer than I had. The room was okay except for the recliner that was was broken and would not recline, the arms were sagging out to the sides and the seat was uncomfortable. It was unusable!

Noisy location
I like staying at Country Inns because they have a hot tub/spa that is usually indoors. The one at this location was outdoors and closed for the winter. That in and of itself is reason enough not to stay here again, even though the property is well maintained. I was initially put on the third floor overlooking the interstate. The noise was unacceptable, so I asked for, and was given, a room on the other side of the building. On this side you can hear rail and truck traffic servicing a nearby manufacturing facility. A national hamburger chain restaurant is in the parking lot, but there are not any other "amenities" nearby. Be prepared to travel some distance to find a restaurant, grocery or convenience store.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
There is another Country Inn at exit 12 on I-295 that would be a better location.
