excellent staff service and friendly
The staff helped my father (who is diabled) quite a bit. they made sure the room we reserved was changed to one of their handicapp rooms so aas to make my dad"s stay more comfortable. They were always polite and ready to serve. The resturant staff was equally helpful.

Holiday Inn in Renton
Good quality for the price. Had an issue with the air conditioning. Reasonable quality for price.

Friendly Staff
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our week long stay was comfortable. There was plenty around within walking distance for food, shopping and entertainment. The rooms were a little musty, but clean. A week after our return home we found a charge to our debit card that was not authorized, the hotel management and our personal banker were quick to resolve it. Being from California, we would try other Hotels next visit.
The rooms that offer two queen beds are a little cramped. If you don’t care for cramped space, the room with 1-king bed is ideal!
