Comfortable stay
Comfortable, clean and quiet. Has direct access to Tower center (mall). Nice and cozy business cubicle. It would be nice if they offered free internet but they don’t. Not the best Ritz Carlton I’ve been to though (luxury wise).

Not impressed. Needs to undergo a re-model
The rooms need to be updated. Furniture and carptet were worn looking with stains. Old style and small TV’s in both rooms. Room service made a few mistakes.

Great Service
The hotel is beautiful. But the thing that distinguishes it is the service and friendliness of the staff. They are helpful and accomodating.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The hotel is attched to a shopping mall. The mall has a food court and a variety of good restaurants.
