Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The hotel has a nice pool, hot-tub, excersize room. The room was nice and clean. WE even had a kitchen too. The staff was really nice and accomadating.

This place is really accomadating for families.

too small for comfort

Don’t stay in the studio. It’s way too small. The smallest would be the mini. It has a kitchen and the studio only had a microwave with portable cook top. You had to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. Sink too small for dishes.

Wonderful!

Loved the place. Conveniently located. We rented a two bedroom suite, which was beautiful. Service staff was very attentive and friendly. It was great!

Great service

I stayed here for a week during ski season. The service was excellent. The hotel provides a shuttle that will take you to the Deer Valley and Park City resorts and anywhere else you want to go around Park City. You can also call them to pick you up when you are ready to return to the hotel. Our room was very quiet. It was away from the pool in the back of the hotel.

Great for families

My family stayed at the Park Plaza Resort in Park City. While our room was comfortable and well equipped, the best thing about the Park was the amenities -- the large pool, a spa, exercise and computer room. The resort is popular with families. After a day of skiing, the pool great place for for my daugher to play with the other children while the parents relaxed in the spa. The Park is a short drive from both the Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts and the resort also operates a shuttle to and from both for those who find driving in the snow scary. We’d recommend it.

Nice place with minor issues.

Great service (they even wash your dishes), shuttle to ski and shopping/dining areas very convenient, nice pool and hot tub. Walls are very thin, noisy. Difficult getting hot water for shower in AM.

Awesome!!!

I loved this hotel. Great location, rooms, decorations. Loved having fridge, microwave and portable stove. The only downfall is complimentary breakfast only one day a week. so bring your own food if you dont want to eat out.

Good times, Good place

Very clean room and bathroom. We had some loud neighbors who talked ’til the early morning, but other than that everything was great. The staff was very friendly and sincere. It’s also located at an easy-to-find part of Park City. Inexpensive, but still good.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Stay on the top floor. I did mention noisy neighbors, but it is extremely quieter than having those type of people above you. They do have an elevator.

OK Stay/Need more staff at front desk

Stay was ok. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in because the was only was one hostess at the front desk. The room was a good value. Be aware if you are on the third floor, as we were, you will have to give the hot water about a minute or two to warm up.

Murphy bed room was small but comfortable and a good value.

Traveler's tip for business travelers

Room booked via Expedia was not in their system upon checkout so a final bill for the Hotel was not available at the front desk. It took some time to create one by hand. Check in was not a problem and the reservation was there.

Nice hotel, family friendly, not luxury

The hotel was conveniently located in Park City. It is not far away from the ski areas and there are free town buses stop just opposite. The rooms were not bad, spacious, nice kitchen etc. The furniture is a little old. There was a DVD and video player and you can rent films from reception or from a store nearby. It is not a luxury property, but it is well maintained and in general clean. The hotel has a nice, warm swimming pool with a hot tub. Also ping-pong, underground parking (free), and very nice staff. The only thing could be the noise. The walls are thin and I would recommend a room a little bit away from the pool. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel, especially for families with children!

efficient use of space

We stayed at the Park Plaza for a quick spring-ski trip April 5. Staying in the studio-efficiency room, we found it compact and a good use of space. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and the small kitchenette had everything we needed for our weekend, and would suffice for a longer stay as well. We did not make use of the atrium pool/spa, but looked clean and well kept. The ’only’ downside of this hotel would be the noise level when fully occupied or gatherings in the pool area. Our room opened to the atrium pool and can see why some have reviewed this property lower because of the noise. Overall, a great, efficient place for a quick weekend. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly when we checked in or made inquiries regarding other services.

Noisiest room I have ever stayed in

The studio room we stayed in overlooked the indoor pool. The noise from the pool was continuous until 11pm. The no children after 9pm rule was not enforced. The tv reception was poor, lights above the bed were broken and the tub did not drain. I would stay somewhere else in Park City.

This place was so nice, very clean and attractive, definitely would stay there again during any season.

Alot going for it!

Had a studio and it worked well for two of us. There was plenty to do both in the hotel and out. Great location. The noise level between rooms and from the hall took some getting use to.

Excellent Adventure

This hotel did an excellent job of handling my stay. They were attentive to all requests made of them and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, extra clean, enjoyed the extra details in decor, comfort

Loved every aspect. The room was clean, lovely decorated with nice attention to details. The pool, hot tub, sauna, are easy to access, large, indoor, and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I can’t wait to go back!

Park Plaza Resort

We were very please with the Park Plaza Resort. The room was fine, neat, and clean, with a warming gas fireplace. The kitchen facilities were excellent; the rest of the room was super. We drove in from the Salt Lake City Airport, parking was included in the rate in a private indoor heated parking, and I was able to leave the ski boots in the trunk of the car. In the morning, they were more then warm enough to use on the mountain comfortably. A word or two about the staff, they were excellent and attentive. If we needed anything, it was there in minutes. Rather than drive around town at night and have to look for parking, the shuttle service provided by the staff took care of our every need. On checking out the staff made it a point to ask us back for next ski season, leaving us with a more than welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a super experience, we will actually make it a point to return.

We enjoyed the selection of restaurants in Park City very much. Two were particularly outstanding. The first was near the Park Plaza at a small shopping area and theater Sushi Mara, with great sushi and tempura. The second was Bangkok Thai on Main Street in the Old Park City shopping area. Super Thai selection in a very nice setting.

Woiuld go back but with bigger room

We enjoyed our stay but we are a family of 4 and the studio was too small. The room was well equipped and well furnished but we needed more space. I would go back again but we would need a 2 bedroom.

All around amazing!

This was a great hotel with great service and a great location. You are a short 3 minute drive from the historic distric and slopes. They have an indoor heated pool and underground parking level. The staff was great and the quality of the hotel was amazing. I would definately recommend it.

Definitely would stay there again!

Clean, friendly and 2 bedroom was very spacious. Requested two extra beds and they fit in the room that already had two single beds - great! Room had 3 full bathrooms (important with girls). Hotel was very accommodating. Cost was better than other hotels that I researched. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we cooked some of our breakfasts, lunches and dinners to save a little $. It was great! Definitely would stay there again.
