Dissapointed with the beach
The hotel room was nice - recently upgraded and well mantained. However, the selling point was the direct beach access. We were very dissapointed to see that there was a lot of trash at the beach, a foul odor, and no real facilities at the beach itself. The pool too was "greasy" Needed some cleaning.

Posted: 16-Dec-09We do indeed appreciate any feedback from our guests. As we maintain our facilities to satisfy our customer needs we also understand that beaches in Florida Keys are bit different than fantastic, sandy beaches of Miami and sometimes, especially during summer months (which bring south winds and seaweed - hence the name GRASSY KEY) may be just that - not quite the expectation. What is in our control however is the cleanliness of all our pools, which is maintained daily and is in par with all state standards. I would like to extend an invitation to visit us again in the future to experience once again our service and facilities.

Would go back again
The hotel was not much from the outside. But the inside was beautiful. It looked like it had recently been redone. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family that needs more room than just a regular hotel room.
