First time at hotel
The hotel has good and bad points. It is new but accepts pets; this is noticeable in some areas from visible stains. The a/c filter was dirty, leaving us sweating through the night. The walls are thin; everything was heard from outside and inside the hotel. The people were nice and breakfast was good.

Request front side rooms
Our room was on the back side of the hotel, with Interstate 75 a short distance away, and what I assume to be the pool filter pump nearby. Between the pump and the traffic, the room was noisy. I would have thought the back side rooms would have been more soundproofed due to the interstate traffic. If I return, I will be certain to request a front side room.
