a hospitable and well run resort
While this location may not be a five star resort, they certainly do make the effort to please. I applaud the chefs --the buffet was fabulous! Although the water at the beach is a bit murky (not dirty, just naturally murky), the beach itself is very well maintained and clean. Overall a relaxing stay and beautiful grounds. Don’t be deceived by the entrance--it appears to be under construction. The huge sign at the entrance says La Nueva Romana although the hotel name is Bahia Principe. It is difficult to see the flag for the hotel if you are driving by.

will go back with out thinking abouted
the hotel was very nice,and very clean. rooms where confy and very clean. the pool area was the best and the buffet food was ok... but the best place to eat was the french a la carta restaurant the food was exelent you have to eat the stake there it was so good!!! and the best part was that all 3 a la carta restaurant plus the buffet is all inclusive
