This place doesn’t get it
This Crowne Plaza is in the middle of redoing their lobby, but pays no attention to customer service at all. Room had no hotel services book, no elevators on one side of the hotel, tiny "exercise facility" consisting of 4 treadmills and no deals with local health club. Coffee is only free if you make it in your room, coffee in lobby cost 1.50/cup. Breakfast buffet is an extra charge, no free breakfast here. They only provide newspapers to their rewards members and have no papers in the lobby. This place is not even close to nice enough to act like they are an upscale charge for everything hotel, I will not stay here again.

Enjoyed this Hotel
We went for pleasure and needed a hotel to stay. We love it very much. I would stay there again. :) The only thing I would do different is not get the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t that good. I would rather had donuts or McDonalds.

Very Nice will Visit agian
Hotel was under construction at the time of stay and still had no interuptions. Very nice and the upgrade will only make it better. Nice pool with a big hot tub.
