Everything was great, except...
Everything was great with this hotel, except the housekeeping services. The room was clean upon our arrival, but after that, nothing else was done. When housekeeping would come during the day, one garbage can might be emptied, otherwise not much else would be done. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, the beds not turned down, the coffee not replaced, the toilet paper not replaced, the ashtray wasn’t even emptied a few of the days. Other than that, the hotel’s breakfast was perfect, always stocked and cold/hot appropriate. The front desk service was always helpful and willing to offer advice or suggestions. It was in a nice neighborhood, with lots to do in the area. Despite the housekeeping lacking, I would return to this particular hotel.
CityPlace, located approximately 6 miles from this hotel is a wonderful place, especially on the weekend, to offer dining and entertainment at a reasonable price, and for the whole family. Live bands in the courtyard, with endless shops and restaurants make this a place we definately will go back to.
