should have been better
I stayed there for 3 nights a few weeks ago. Its a very nice building in a good location in a toronto suburb. Very nice bed, outstanding bathrooms, love the plasma tvs. but the "support" could use some work. Problems included... 1) several burned out lightbulbs that stayed burned out even after I notified the front desk. This rendered the sitting area unusable due to the darkness. 2) the second day (after the first night there) I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, and the third day it didnt get cleaned at all. 3) There was a wedding in the hotel and the guests took all the parking spots (not hotel guests, guest for the wedding who would be leaving) with none left for actual hotel guests. I had to park behind the warehouse next door, then go move my car at midnight, b/c the staff couldnt guarantee me that the car wouldnt get towed. They were also rather rude about that whole issue. 4) One night, very very late, the front desk called the room. Evidently another room was having a problem getting the pay per view movies to work and the front desk was calling the report they had fixed the problem. Unfortunately, they had the wrong room number, and called me instead, waking me up
