Very Nice Hotel except
Hotel appears to be newly constructed and was very nice in all areas "except" all but one of the TV channels were in Spanish. Makes it difficult for Americans.

Barcelona Airport
I wanteda hotel that was near to the Barcelona airport, but not too close that I could hear the planes. This is a large modern hotel only about 3 miles from the airport. You can get gas nearby, so its a good overnight before taking a rental car back. Its also next to a shopping mall. However there did ot appear to be any resurants close by, although the hotel food was excellent. There is alos pklenty of parking. Traffic was heavy at 7:30am in the moring going to the airport so leave a little early.
