Great family stay
We recently stayed at this HIE&S on a weekend getaway from Atlanta. Nice facilities. Pool and rooms were great and location was perfect for all of the downtown sites. Breakfast was good however more staff is needed to turn tables and keep up with the replenishment of food items (Sunday was real busy). All in all a great location that we will go back to. Great wi-fi as well.

Clean and well maintained but extremely overpriced!
The hotel is quite luxurious, very well maintained and completely renovated. However, the noise made by housekeeping employees was excessive. They started their activities as early as 4.00 am, slamming the doors and having no consideration for the guests whatsoever. The front desk was not professional, couldn’t even print a receipt and no apology or a simple thank you for your stay was said. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay if rates were half of what they charged me.

Family Weekend Choice
We travelled to Chattanooga for a weekend. The service was wonderful when we checked in. The location is within walking distance of downtown. Good to have free parking. Lots of families that weekend which made us comfortable, though crowded at breakfast.
