Adagio City Aparthotel Montrouge, France - a place to stay in Paris
We scheduled our stay at this hotel and were not disappointed as it was everything advertised. We had eight in our party so two (2) 2-room apartments were needed, or a 2-room apartment and 2 studios, was a must - note all have kitchenettes. A/C and Internet access was must. This hotel had all three. Kitchenettes make dining affordable as there is a little super market 1/2 block from the hotel. If you want to eat out there are ample places to dining and/or bring food back to the hotel. Internet was free as part of the stay (this was necessary because while our trip was vacation - I still had to work). A/C worked in two of the three rooms and after one night and day (a chance to correct the problem), the staff moved us to a room with a working A/C. Parking is available, there is a charge and it is affordable. We had a van that seated 9 people, 8 adults and 18 months old. The van could be parked underground without issue. Even though the hotel is not within walking distance of the main attractions in Paris, getting to the down town areas was easy using the Paris Tram, Bus (metro) and Subway systems. These systems are on time and the time it takes to get down town can easily be done within 30 minutes. I would suggest buying a 5 day pass to use all three. Finally, we did not speak any French - we tried, other than a few words, but there was always someone on staff that could speak English. The staff was very helpful and courteous at all times. We would go back and stay here.
There are some pharmacies a few blocks from the hotel. TV is available for those that feel deprived of the daily news. We divided up our group and put 4 teenagers in one room, the adults in the remaining studio and room. A pool is not available, but with so much to see in Paris, this is not missed. Wear a pair of comfortable walking shoes as average walking distance for our party was about 5-10 miles per/day. See the Eiffel tower at night. It lights up for 5 minutes beginning at 10pm until 1am.

would recommend
This was a nice hotel. The apartment was great for our family of 4. Having a kitchen was nice and helped with expense. Balcony was nice to relax on and could see Eiffel Tower. Staff helpful. Didnt ever try their breakfast. Beds in Europe a little hard but ok. Area ok, right on outskirt of Paris but could walk 10-15 minute and catch metro into Paris. Price was good and we were happy! Great Pizza place just a few doors down. Spent most of time in middle of Paris.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Did go to local flea Market a few blocks away. That was fun.and great Pizza place close by. Also friendly little bar right next door to Pizza.

Great hotel
Definitely a hotel that I would recommend to others. I stayed in a studio, which was very modern and cute. The bathroom was awesome and very trendy. Overall a great hotel. My only critique is that b/c it is an apart-hotel, there is not much service for short-term stays. If you plan to stay for more than a couple of days, you will have to buy your own toilet paper after the room runs out, and wash your own towels downstairs. However, it is still definitely worth it. The hotel is only a short bus ride or 15-minute walk from the metro that gets you to the main city. Its definitely a bargain.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you stay at this hotel make sure to eat at Noki Japanese Restaurant, which is on the main road where the hotel is located, less than a 5 minute walk away. When you exit the hotel, go right and it will be on your right side. It is by far the best Japanese food I have ever had and the service is great. The owner is a very sweet man and the restaurant is super cute. Make sure to visit!
