disappointed
high speed internet is on their computers only. there were only two and they stayed busy the whole time we were there, this room was being renovated and had been put in a closet. requested a refridgerater, never got one after repeated request. Room are clean but small. never changed soaps on bathroom for 4 days.

Walking distance to IKEA
Really nice hotel fr the weekend stay. Very much set up for the business traveler so the weekends are quiet and there are deals to be found.

Very nice and not overly priced
the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed in other nearby hotels and the marriot was evenly priced, but much nicer.

Not happy with this hotel
Have been to thes hotel before with similar results. The AC unit in the room howled all night long. Call front desk,and was told to turn of the fan and that would fix it. All that did was make it kick in and out sooner. When asked how the stay was at check-out time, told front desk manager what was going on. Was simply told they would have maintenance look into it, and that was it. Rented room for a decent night’s sleep prior to early filght out, but got more sleep on the plane as there was no sleep to be had in the room.

Great Trip
The hotel was excellent. I have two children and the hotel fit our needs perfectly. THe pool was great and since it was 3 feet to 9 feet, we could all swim. The hotel even upgraded our room upon our arrival becuase standard rooms were at a premium that night. Staff was very courteous and helped out a lot. I would stay here again - a great stay for the money.

Great location near Mall of America
Hotel is within walking distance to Mall of America (MOA), IKEA and a very quick, short drive to the Waterpark of America. After shopping for hours at the MOA, the hotel’s pools were awesome to take a break and we soaked our sore feet in the hot tub. We really love the pool hours because the pool was open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. Our room faced the beautiful courtyard and it was fun to watch the ducks. The king size bed was a dream to sleep in but it was tough to overlook the noise (people walking by, etc) outside our room on the 1st floor. The hotel doesn’t offer free continential breakfast but they have a breakfast buffet within the hotel for $15.00 per person. All of the hotel staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.

Stay at Marriott Bloomington
Overall stay was satisfying. However we could hear the conversation happening in the adjacent room. Shuttle services are a plus.

Happy costumer
The room was comfortable, bathroom was big. great hot tube in pool area. the only problem was the people in the room next door was loud but it was during an Anime convention. my friends room had a fishy cracker on the floor when they got the room but other then that it was clean

Land of Enchantment in Bloomington
Well, we can’t say enough about this trip. The hotel was superb. From the moment we stepped off the plane there was a shuttle to pick us up and take us directly to the hotel and back and forth to the MOA...very important. Pool and hot tub were great after shopping all day! All staff were friendly and helpful...tip them well. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Ask for a refrigerator. We had 3 children with us and that would have been tremendously helpful for snacks and breakfast foods.

Enjoyed our stay
The room was large and comfortable, the bell service was helpful. We used the shuttle service to the mall and the airport and both were on time and met our needs.

The pool was clean - room service was tasty - bed was very comfortable - walking distance to Mall of America with easy transportation (bus or $20 cab ride) to downtown

Great place to stay for Mall of America visit
Very nice place to stay, room was clean, although a dirty plate remained in the hallway for our entire two day stay and I know room service would have almost had to trip over it both days they were cleaning rooms! We stayed in the C Building, second floor!

We come back every year!
This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed at this Marriot. The rooms are attractive and spotless. The beds have beautiful linens and are soooo comfortable. Excellent soundproofing & very quiet. We will go back next year for our annual shopping trip to IKEA and Mall of America.

Shuttle Service was great!
The empolyee running the shuttle from the airport and to the Mall was great. Very helpful and timly.
