Sub-par service
Pros: easy access from highway, indoor play area and pool Cons: rooms on the smaller side, not the best service For example, I waited about 10 minutes to check in while two employees assisted a single person. Why couldn’t one of them help me? Also, a room service tray with half eaten food was outside our door when we got to it. It was still there when we left. Lastly, the TV checkout menu managed to double bill my credit card, which took multiple calls and over an hour on the phone to remedy.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Enjoy the poolside room and the convenience of the parking lot to the room.
