Basic room for basic needs.
The hotel was simply a place to sleep. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is next to the freeway, so make sure you get a room that is not facing the freeway. A companion of mine complained of the noise from his room on that side of the hotel.

The Forestiere underground gardens are a block away and worth a visit.

WILL USE AGAIN
It’s not fancy, but it is clean and the people at the desk are very friendly. Unlike much of Fresno, we felt very safe in the neighborhood and would recommend it to any single mom trying to save a bit of money on travel.

Will not use again
Found a motocycle club staying at the same time, was placed on the second floor in the middle of the building, (stairs at each end only), facing the freeway, asked staff for a lower level, not accomidating. Found hair in the bath tub, charged for everthing,

This is right off the freeway, thats the only good thing about this motel!

Good Choice for quick access to airport
We choose this hotel to be close to the airport. There was some plane noise, but did not keep us awake. Clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Too Loud
Hotel is located next to a freeway on-ramp and they seemed determined to fill up all the rooms that faced it, which was about five feet away. Could not sleep or get any peace with all the traffic driving by. Also, even with all the traffic noise, I could hear conversations and neighbor’s tv’s.
