Avoid Plum Point Inn
Motel is a left over 60s design that has been poorly remodeled over and over for the past 40 years. Very unsafe feeling place to stay. Carpeting in room was dirty and moldy as well as the bathroom. A 2 star rating is too kind this should be less than a 1 star. For the price I would have expected better aminities. Avoid this motel keep driving.

Worst Hotel Setup I’ve Ever Been
The room assigned to me and my family was in the back of the bldng., It was convenient but the hallway was dirty, Old dirty paint, open garbage nearby, the room’s carpet was humid and grungy, the doorknob of the bathroom door had caked soapsud and the blowdryer was very dusty. The coffee put was all gunk inside the water chamber. I was so disappointed. To top that, when we had breakfast, we gave a nice tip to the gracious waitress., only to end up being charged for our coffee and juice. What??? Hot breakfast w/ the reservation but excluding the beverage!!! I felt like going back to our table to get the tip and pay for the drinks. We were promised a microwave oven but alas!!! not in our room.
When you see 2 stars in the rating, you better believe it.
