Bad service. I will not stay there again.

I receive the worst service of my entire life. They charged me twice for the same room. I went to the Hotel’s restaurant and I waited for 25 minutes and the waitress kept saying I am sorry I am the only one, I will be with you right back ... But never came. I left after that time. The elevator was out of service and my room was in the third floor. Definitely, I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible

I wasn’t comfortable at all at this hotel. The pictures didn’t really show how the hotel is. The elevators were broken, everything was old and run down looking. I wasn’t comfortable staying there, or even being in that area. I ended up staying elsewhere.

Gross hotel, but location is very convienient

The hotel is disgusting, and looks like something out of a scary movie. My fiancee saw the place and literally made me call him every night to make sure I locked the doors and was safe. The TV stand was missing knobs, the shower floor was horrible, the towels felt like sand paper and the comforter was the most uncomfortable thing ever. Only good thing is the location. It is about 8-10 mins away from Goodfellow AFB which is why I went, and very close to the "town". I read the other reviews and still booked it anyway, I survived.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

This hotel is very close to San Angelo’s town. There is a CVS right across the street which was helpful. There is a target, mall, and a bunch of restaurants right on the main strip. There is Grahams Central Station and Baileys for nightlife, but expect to see some interesting people if you’re not from Texas lol

Old and run down

This hotel is ok for a one night stay on a stop-over during travel, but I would not stay there anymore than that. The hotel is old, dingy and musty. The room smelled moldy, curtains were dingy, the bathtub had rust stains and the bed was not very comfortable. For the amount they are charging they should be able to do some remodeling and upkeep on the property, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Don’t waste your time or money here. You can probably find cheaper and better down the road.

Just for the night and leave.

The service was great because of Expedia. We arrived very late but our check-in was a breeze. The room/motel was extreme old but for the price and the purpose of our stay (to sleep), it was perfect.

worst ever

Room smelled like an ashtray nothing was clean would like to see the room they posted pictures on the internet. Wont go back even if it was free.

Not satisfied

In my stay at the Hotel, I can strongly say that I was not comfortable at all. I stayed in a non-smoking room with 2 full beds. One of them was too rigid and the other one was too soft. It was so soft that my husband and I had to switch with my daughter in the middle of the night. We end up with body pains. The pool that they have, Uhhmmm??? I wouldn’t recommend anybody to dip in there. I didn’t see anybody at the pool even when it was steaming hot. The room does not have a DVD Player and I believe that they can use some upgrade on the phones and TVS. Also the lobby had a funky smell. We never eat at the dinning area they have.

If other hotels are booked then tried staying in this one but don’t think that you can actually stays indoors because you won’t be able to do that. The hotel charged you a lot too for the quality they have. Think about it!!

What I expected for what it cost - No frills - good eggs for breakfast

I was looking for a 3 star hotel and got what I paid for - room was clean - hot water in the shower. Nothing special or exceptional but for the price it was what I expected.

Maintenance issues and bullet holes in the window

This hotel needs a great deal of maintenance. Our room had stained and musty carpet, walls and the shower plumbing needed to be tightened up

Hotel stay

The bathtub was very dirty and dead crickets on the floor. We asked for another room. This room also had a dirty bathtub that could have used a good scrubbing, but not sure if that would help. Also floor in bathroom was dirty. We will not be staying there again. This hotel looks ready for the demolition ball. We moved to another hotel for our second night stay.

Recommend Expedia remove this from their list of hotel’s.

The hotel was filthy and the whole lobby smelled like the bottom of a dirty ashtray.

Only one of the two elevators worked. The floor of the elevator was filthy. The halls and lobby reeked of smoke. The cover of the small couch in the room was torn, and the sheets on the bed were paper thin. We debated whether to leave in spite that we had already prepaid but had never been in San Angelo, it was late and we were exhausted. We left as soon as we wole up in the morning.

Old but friendly

The people working at the hotel were kind and responsive. However, the hotel is old and dark and a little scary. All the towels need to be replaced!
