Great value
For the money, I thought this place was great. The room we stayed in wasnt in prime condition, but the service was all very professional and friendly and the room was comfortable. Not centrally located for sight-seeing (it was about a mile walk from the train station) but was close enough that we still walked to all of the major sights. Also, the complimentary breakfast was really great.

Very pleasant and inexpensive
Location is the only downside here. It was inconvenient to be so far from everywhere youd want to go in Brussels. Not a huge problem for people who are good walkers (it took 15-20 minutes to walk to the Metro Station), but an inconvenience nonetheless. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was excellent (nothing hot, but a great array of other stuff). They were able to put a third "rollaway" bed in our room for my son, and charged a modest 12 euro for the third gues -- very nice about it too. I was able to find parking on the street not far from the hotel both times Ive gone. Wifi is not free (10 euro for a 24 hour period) and it can be used only in the lobby, or maybe in first floor rooms.
