Happy in Kiev. Perfect accommodation for business and/or leisure stay.
I just wanted to say that I am very glad that I found this hotel. They are all very professional, when something goes wrong at an apartment they always have someone out to fix things very quickly, or when I am unable to get the internet to work they send someone to help within minutes. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming and the fact that they all remember guest’s name is wonderful. Apartments have high-speed wi-fi and cable internet connection which was very reliable for my business purposes. Jacuzzi bath-tub is something you cann’t avoid to relax if you know what I mean. I look forward to my next trip in a couple of weeks and will definitely stay at Partner Guest House again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The next time I will definitely order a shuttle from the airport with them as they have their cars and driver and charge much cheaper that a normal city taxi I got from the airport, so if you book a room with them - call them and order their meeting&transfer from the airport!

Kiev’s unfriendly Guest House
Although the building has an office, don’t expect any help when needed. Trying to get help for the American embassy telephone number when the rooms do not come with a telephone book from a female staff member was not only difficult but she was quite rude about the situation. The rooms come inadequately heated and although a space heater was provided, it was inadequate to heat the entire room. The broken mirrored closet door made only half the closet purposeful. Cold, drafty windows not only let in a lot of cold air but also let in a lot of the street noise below.
Traveler's tip
Use the house’s taxi service to and from Borispol airport in Kiev. It is the cheapest and best way to get to and from the airport.

Much improved!!!
I will tell you,.. apparantly they have taken the comments on this site to heart,.. they have dramatically improved the guest services,.. linens and bedding is now changed daily, the rooms are just a nice and large as before,.. but now you have the guest services available 24/7,.. there is always someone on duty,.. this was not the case 6 in April when I was there,.. the only marks that downgrade the hotel is the apartments, is the hall lighting,.. and I mentioned this to the personell,.. I would bet the next time I go there will be better lighting., It is now Identified on the outside with good lighted signage, and has become much easier to find than the first time I arrived. Learn these words for your cab driver,.. "Besenia Street Divotnatset" that stands for Besenia Street 19.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
There are many attractions, and shopping malls. Close to the hotel,there is fantastic dining,live music, sports bars. You can cross the street to the Madarin plaza and find any type of food or over 400 different selections of wine, and also many items and brands you are used to finding in the U S, like Folgers, Dial, Pert, Coca-Cola, Lipton,that should make your stay easier. I would recommend this apartment/hotel to just about anyone that has a little sense of adventure!!!
