Very Cute
A beautiful home and gardens that feels like an old English countryside inn. The grounds and home have many nice details including a fish pong and outdoor sitting area with heat lamps. Excellent breakfast and the hosts were quite hospitable. Our particular room was very small, but others were larger.

What a beautiful home
We arrived later than planned and had a little difficulty finding it, but the Markham House is absolutely beautiful. Our bedroom had a four poster bed and private bathroom. We had a fireplace in the room which we didn’t use. Comfy robes to bundle up in for going out to the hot tub. Sitting in there at night we were able to look up into the pine trees. The view from our room was of the forest. The home is situated on ten landscaped acres. What a setting, a pond, patios, lawns and beautiful flower gardens. Breakfast in the morning was fresh food, deliously prepared. Enjoyed the company of the other guests. The owners were so friendly and warm. I have stayed at other bed and breakfasts but found this the best. I can hardly wait until we go back again. Thank you for helping us find the Markham House.

Quaint country inn, great beds
The B&B is isolated, which is GREAT. It is quiet, peaceful, and restful. The host prepared great food. Lovely location/gardens on the property.
