NOT ON YOUR LIFE
This hotel should be closed down. The stink was horrible. The room was awful and it did not meet the description of it on the website. We ended up at Comfort Inn down the street. They said that they get a lot of guests from Travelodge staying there. Am getting my money back.

Living in Maryland. I Loved Rockford Ill.
I Asked for a Hotel that would accomodate the closest proximity to where I would have my Business Mtg. At a reasonable rate. The Travelodge Colonial Inn was recommended. It was not your 5 star hotel, but it served its purpose. This hotel is dire need of minor Interior repairs.

Rockford Ill. was a nice place to visit. I’ll have to come back again.

Will not go back
I had two rooms. 1 room had bugs on the blanket underneath the comforter. Both beds in this room had blood stained sheets on the bed, the remote for the TV did not work. The other room had dead lady bugs all over the room, but especially by the window, and window sill. There were live lady bugs flying around the room. There was no phone or alarm clock in this room. The toilet would not quit running and the bathroom sink would not drain. The tub was dirty. There was only 1 candy machine in the place, in the lobby and it did not work. The Ice machines were disabled, you had to go to the lobby to get Ice. We were on the 3rd floor. The Girl who worked the desk was very nice and made sure we got a cleam blanket. She was the only one on duty, she was kept way too busy doing things for the guests.
