Great place, but......
This is a beautiful hotel. Indoor pool and mini-golf are very nice. Small exercise room and game room. Rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. Hotel staff was very nice. We ate breakfast in the restaurant both days and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My only complaint was the room location. If you end up in a room that overlooks the indoor pool, be prepared to put up with the noise. We unfortunately ended up staying there at the same time that a bunch of youth football teams stayed there. Fortunately the pool closed at 10 pm because the noise was loud enough to be heard over the TV in our room. They weren’t doing anything wrong - it was just that our room overlooked the pool. As nice as it is, go for one of the rooms with an outside view. I would definitely stay here again.
Try both the Free State Brewery on Massachusetts St. and the 23rd St. Brewery on Clinton St. Great places to eat.

Rather run down. AC difficult to control proper temp. Toiletries never replenished.

Very Nice Hotel
We had a nice stay at this hotel. There were dirty towels that were laying up and down the hallway when we got there, and they stayed there overnight, so that was a little strange. The other cleanliness issue was that there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was nicely done, smelled good and the service was great.
