Good Marriott Choice for visiting Smokeys and Dollywood
The breakfast choices were ample, though the serving times were a little shorter than I prefer. The location next to a horse backing riding area gave us a pleasant view of a field and 2 or 3 ponies. The hotel also offered free washers, dryers and soap on most floors. I’d done mine the night before for big bucks in a Nashville hotel and found that a little annoying. The recommendations for our sole dinner which we got from the front desk were perfect and convenient.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Only complaint was the location of this particular Fairfield. Gatilinburg, the next town, had one also and it is a prettier town to walk around in. This hotel was across the street from a huge Mall. If one needed to shop that would have been an advantage.

Family Atmosphere
Great for non-smokers! This is a smoke-free hotel. Rooms are ultra clean. Easy access from the road. Better than usual complimentary breakfast. Front desk will purchase tickets for attractions so you do not have to wait in line when you go to shows or other places. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and accomadating. I strongly recommend a relaxing stay here!

I will stay there again, this was my third time there.
The staff is very nice and the maids do not bother you...no knocking entirely to early in the morning like other hotels. I like to stay there because it is right by a huge outlet mall, The Chop House, Damons, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. We stayed in December and it seems like the hotel had been totally refurbished...they went smoke free in all rooms which we liked.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
You can park the car and not get back in it until you leave (Spring-Winter Fest). There is a Trolley that you can take everywhere - makes a loop from right by the hotel all the way down to Gatlinburg and back around. This way you can go out and see the whole area for .25 a trip.
