Pat and Tony’s Review
The Pier House is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Key West. We have stayed there a number of times. You have a wonderful pool, great pool bar, and beach. Also great is the Chart Room which is located directly on the grounds of the hotel. We love the Pier House and will stay there again and again.

Wonderful!
We were at the Pier House in Nov 09. Had a wonderful time. This hotel is wonderful! The spa is great too! I had a 80 min massage that was great! When I go back though I will upgrade my room. We were located in the spa building facing the Marriott Parking Lot. It was a litlle noisey at night with the Rum Barrell bar next door! All in all it was great and plan on going back!

Disappointed
We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and while it was very convenient to Duval Street and generally fairly nice we were very disappointed in their customer treatment. The room was fine but not exceptional but the kicker was being awakened at 7:30am in the morning by a construction crew throwing metal pipes off a trailer on to the pavement outside our room. If that weren’t enough a couple of the guys decided to have an argument directly outside our room with the usual F bomb words thrown in for good measure. Very classy...NOT. I discussed this issue at check out with the hotel staff and they couldn’t possibly have cared less. Needless to say we won’t staying there again, ever.
