Might Stay Again
We stayed here as a convience because we went to wath the Razorback game. Guest services was very rude and not welcoming at all. If I had to deal with them more than check in/out I would not stay their again.

Look Out
This hotel is a outpatient centre. It caters mainly to hospital patients and workers (did not see many people who were not chemo patients or their relatives).
Traveler's tip
It was a little less than alright for our budgeted trip. It has a shuttle that takes you within 5 miles of the hotel (this does NOT include the airport), but of course the hospital patients are priority. The shuttle will take you anywhere you request to go that is within the range, but don’t be surprised if almost half way there it turns back to do a pick up or drop off at the hospitals.

Incredibly helpful staff, fantastic shuttle service to UAMS and downtown, great place.
The hotel is older and not fancy, but the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for it. The staff is ultra helpful, especially to UAMS patients. Shuttle service not only to UAMS, but also to downtown and nearby malls is available all day, and the drivers are extremely nice. The hotel has no pool -- the only real disadvantage. The larger suites are huge and very well appointed, too. The free daily breakfast is fantastic and includes bagels, Danish, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, juices, etc. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the hotel, whether or not you are a medical guest. I came as a guest and left as a friend.
Traveler's tip
Perfect for UAMS medical guests. Easy walking distance to UAMS and free shuttle, and close to St. Vincent, too. Downtown Little Rock is a short shuttle ride away, and a large, nice mall is in walking distance.
