Stopover
The hotel was ideally suited for my stopover connection to an international flight. But in the short time, I certainly detected the friendly and helpful nature of the staff in general. The room was spacious, fresh and homely and I enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel, not too far from the centre
Stayed for two nights, one before the 3-day Uluru tour, one night after. First night all went smooth, the second time check-in they assigned us a double bed room while we had booked a King. But that was quickly corrected. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and with a nice shower. Staff is friendly. The only negative I would say are the lights at the entry and in the bathroom. At first they are very week, barely enough to find your way around. They probably intend to save some energy, but instead I would leave the lights on the whole time so that I can see something when I enter the bathroom. Not very functional... One tip, if you wish to eat at the Thai restaurant in the hotel, make early reservations through the reception. We were not told and found out when all was full. The other restaurant is okay, but doesn’t have as much ambiance.

We had a three-day Uluru tour with The Rock Tour with the nights sleeping in a swag. It was heaps of fun.

A Lovely Place in Alice Springs
We enjoyed our night at the Crowne Plaza. Comfy, clean, up-scale rooms. Enjoyed the landscaping (including the peacock) - nice pool, eating areas. I’d love to go back.
