Service Special
One thing I have always found special about this hotel is that not only will they send a van to pick the guest up and drop him off at the airport but they will provide a van to also go into town and back. The small tip I give the always friendly drivers is nothing compared to the $20 cab fare I save each way.

not impressed
when I checked in, got to my room, and tried to turn on the TV the remote didn’t work. I tried to call the lobby to report this problem, and the phone didn’t work, so I decided to wash up and there was no bar soap or shampoo in the bathroom. walked down to the lobby and they gave me batteries for the remote ( to fix myself), and did nothing about the phone while I was there. the maid service-the next morning gave me saop and shampoo after I complained about the absence thereof. No apologies from anyone. In fact they acted as if I was a problem child. three strikes against the managment as far as I was concerned. Not impressed.
