Friendly staff but far from everything.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located pretty far from all of the sites, requiring buses or cabs. Bed was hard, but the room was quiet.

in the middle ot nowhere
The hotel is not so close to the beach - it is located in a residential neighborhood and there is a good 20-25 min walk to the beach. As for park Prado and Palais the Congress those are not so close either (10 min bus ride - take bus #23 or 45; or a ~10euro taxi ride). Attention, the buses stop running around 9pm. The hotel is quite understaffed. Also, you won’t find the usual things like an ice machine or a coffee maker in your room. so it not a typical American hotel, but is not so European either since breakfast is not included.
