The service is incredible!
It was nice to stay @ a place where they exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is beautiful and the food was great. We went there for our ten year anniversary and the privacey factor was a definate plus.
More of a romantic getaway, not a place for young kids.

Fabulous Hotel - A+ all the way...
Turks and Caicos is a beautiful island with beautiful people! I took my husband for his b-day and decided to stay at Nikki Beach - known for it’s "cool" atmosphere and party night life. It was off- season so the hotel was quiet - which I had expected and was perfectly fine for a couple looking to relax. The grounds were impeccable. The staff could not have been friendlier. The food at Nikki restaurant was gourmet! The pool was gorgeous - I have nothing but wonderful memories from this vacation! I highly recommend it! They even had a beautiful birthday cake for my husband sent to our room. It’s obvious that Nikki Beach is run by professionals that want to keep their guests happy at all times. Thank you!! We WILL be back!!

A bit disappointed this time
Just a mere 6 months and we were back to paradise. Love the island. On the other hand disappointed in Nikki Beach this time. Our first experience was great. We should have left the memories at that. Service still needs quite a bit of improvement and appears to have slightly taken a step back in this area. Last time the hotel staff was much eager to upgrade and meet your needs; and very accomodating. Both visits were during slow times. No one was really went out of their way or accomodated us, especially since they push the "personal assistant". Prices for just about anything you asked changed on a daily basis. Celebrating our anniversary was mentioned and noted by the hotel. I did in fact remind the staff, but still did not do anything for us. I was told an assistant would assist me in making it special. Didn’t happen. VIP card look out, not at all what they promote. Although everything is expensive on the islands, I found this time you needed to watch for the hidden costs at the hotel. Wait service; Jean Samuel, Madeline, and pool bartender Garth..Great service, great people.

Turks and Caicos a must see! Nikki Beach....carefully consider. A little over rated. We will try somewhere else next time
