Good location - very convenient
I’ve stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been satisfied. It’s located on the beach, with an outdoor pool, exercise room & laundry room. All rooms have a view of the ocean. It won’t knock your socks off, but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel restaurant is acceptable, seemed like frozen meat on the burger. They have daily 1/2 priced cocktails, fresh cookies in the lobby each morning, and the restaurandt has early bird specials for around $12.

Great beach location
Had a wonderful time. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was not crowded. Ocean view was not directly on beach but you had a pretty good view from the balcony. If you like night life not much to do after dark, that we found. Happy hour was great. We would recommend this hotel.

Great beach location, nightly happy hour
For me, traveling with 2 little boys, the southern end of the beach closer to the quieter condos than the crowded, honky-tonk atmosphere farther north was a real plus. The hotel has been renovated (you can tell the tub is a retrofit) and our room was huge with a kitchenette but had a disappointing view of the parking lot. Manager’s happy hour was a plus - the bar fills up with folks with kids - very casual.
There’s a nice kiddie pool and shuffle board,ping pong and basketball equipment.
