Not 100% satified.
Overall the hotel is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The hotel does lack very highly in hospitality. People were not friendly nor cordious. I was not there for pleasure nor bussiness,I was there because my Mother is in Medical Critical Care at St Joseph Hospital which is right up the block. When asked if I could extend my stay for three more days, the respond was no at first because there were having an event and all rooms were sold out. The hotel itself is huge. There were no way that every room was sold out. The best he could do was give me a ridicolous price for one extra night instead of three. I felt very discouraged with the way I was treated. Also,considering the prices per night for the room. The parking per day was too expensive and it wasn’t even valet parking. The shutter service was not pleasant either. I waited for a very long time to be picked up from the hospital.The first time was because they were taken some drunk guy home. The second time was another story and the third time was something else. It just became absolutely annoying. I do have to go back again, but I will not stay there again. I guess if you are staying for pleasure, you will enjoy it. The pool and its suroundings is very breath taking.

Nice Place
The hotel was very nice and the rooms were a nice size. We had a room with a really noisy air conditioner that would bang ever hour on the hour. Im sure this was an isolated case.
